1. Shipping and delivery of orders

 

1.1 The shipping cost will be charged in the grand total at checkout.

1.2 Your order will not be shipped until payment is confirmed in full.

1.3 We will ship your order to the shipping address on your order form.

1.4 We will send you order confirmation attaching the guide number and photo of the package to the address of  email that you have provided when placing the order.

1.5 You can track the shipment directly on the carrier's website.

 

1.6. Shipments will be made within 24 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays in Mexico.

1.7. Title and risk of loss of the products of the order will be transferred to you when the order is delivered.

1.8. In the case of shipments to other destinations where a customs control must be passed, the costs of customs clearance, as well as the payment of the local tax, will always be borne by you. In the event that you reject the order in the At the time of delivery and it is returned to Itzel.soy by the transport company, customs expenses, local taxes and shipping costs incurred, as well as bank charges, if any, will be deducted from the purchase refund.
